Recruiting and selection

• We take care of the (pre-)selection in recruiting your personnel, with at least two references.
• We support you in issuing the job profile.
• You make use of our recruitment network.
• You will have no further obligations towards U-Boss Nautique. You will sign the contract directly with the candidate(s).

Detachering

• U heeft de medewerker niet op de loonlijst staan
• U heeft als organisatie meer binding met de medewerker
• Er is geen sprake van werkgeversverplichtingen
• Er wordt een minimaal aantal uren vastgelegd in een contract
• U kunt maximaal 8 contracten verstrekken met een maximale duur van 2 jaar
• U heeft geen risico bij ziekte van de medewerker

Secondment of personnel

• The employee is not on your payroll.
• The relationship between your company and the employee is for an extended period of time.
• You have no employer's obligations.
• The contract contains a minimum number of working hours.
• This arrangement allows for a maximum of eight contracts for no more than two years each.
• You have no liabilities in case of sick leave.

Self-employed worker

• As a client you are not liable to pay income tax, holiday pay and reservations.
• U-Boss Nautique pays the self-employed workers' invoices directly within 14 days.
• By contracting a self-employed worker you save on fixed costs.
• U-Boss Nautique signs a model contract directly with the self-employed worker
