About the client
Our client is a partner in maritime logistics services, focused on inland tanker shipping and also active at sea. Our client is an independent company founded in 1916, with its head office in the Port of Rotterdam. Our client's vessels provide a high-quality and innovative service and are ready for people 24 hours a day for the transport and chartering of liquid petrochemical and biological products and the bunkering of fuels and lubricants. Our client's fleet consists of more than 20 self-managed vessels, ranging in size from 220 tonnes to almost 14000 tonnes. They have a vessel that is the largest of its kind and still the largest inland tanker in the world.
Who are we looking for?
On board the vessel, you take on all tasks that come up. These can range from loading and unloading to bunkering seagoing vessels. You strictly follow the safety requirements. Keeping the equipment in good condition. And dealing responsibly with colleagues, customers, skippers and other people involved in the work.
What you bring
- Loading and unloading
- Bunkering is a plus
- Service record book with a stamp no older than 1 year
- Proven experience in tanker shipping
